Pixies released a new album, Head Carrier, last Friday via Pixiesmusic/[PIAS]. Now the band has shared a video for the album’s first single, “Um Chagga Lagga.” Black Francis (aka Frank Black) directed the clip, which marks his directorial debut. It was written, storyboarded, produced, and directed by Francis and filmed in Toulouse, France. It mixes quick cuts of black & white images of the band performing the song with color shots filmed in the French countryside. More
