Electronic Music Pioneers Wrap Up Retrospective at Museum of Modern Art

Kraftwerk influence runs deep. Everyone from Darft Punk to David Bowie have been touched by the German electronic pioneers. Now they're re-releasing eight of their LPs in a gigantic box set titled 12345678: The Catalogue. The record labels are smelling the rotting carcass that is the CD and cashing in while they still can. Five of the albums will also be reissued as individual titles. This box set celebrates the 35th anniversary of their landmark hit “Autobahn.” (Cue the "Happy Birthday" robot voice.) More
