By now, you’ve had plenty of time to delve into the void and unearth your fair share of alternate universe band names. Did you guess all ours? To refresh your memory, Under the Radar staffers fearlessly entered a parallel universe (and dusted off our reference books) to retrieve our favorite bands' alternate names. Then we also asked you to suggest your own alternate names. Congratulations to the winners of our Alternate Band Name Contest: Sean, whose entry “The Righteous, The Impure, and The Old Gay Man” (The Good, the Bad, and the Queen) won him an Under the Radar JanSport bag and a 2 year subscription, and Melissa, who made us laugh with “Rulers of the 7-11” (Kings of Convenience). She won a 2 year subscription.
