This is sound check at the first show of our tour at The Independent in San Francisco. One of our favorite cities to play in, and I’d go as far as to say this was one of my favorite PAPA shows so far. Rowdy and amazing crowd.

One last look at all the glory before hitting the road after our set at Sasquatch. The view was pretty overwhelming

Just doing what we do. I used to have long curly hair in high school and some of the older kids use to refer to me as the “yeti.” This stage reminded me. Thanks.

Just a couple of old friends swinging by the lake in Burlington, VT. Anything wrong with that?

Then we said fuck it, and hopped into that lake. It was freezing and stunning. One of the best days off we’ve had.

Our set at Governors Ball. It’s always heavy for us to come back to New York and play for such great fans. Our band started out there years and years ago, and we struggled for a while. This was a beautiful kind of homecoming.

Danny’s homemade tattoo from our buddy Jack on a day off. He’s been talking about getting this one forever. Glad I was there to see it.

Another old friend here. Brody Dalle and her band ripping shit up at Sasquatch. Lots of great artists played that day, but for my money, nobody had as much guts as she did.
