Brooklyn lo-fi folk-rockers Woods released Songs of Shame last year, and its unfurling pop eventually worked its way into many listeners' ears. They already have its follow-up ready for release on May 11th (Quite the busy day for indie releases!). Woods' fifth LP is called At Echo Late and will be issued via frontman Jeremy Earl's Woodsist imprint. (Formats: CD, vinyl, digital, cassette.)

The group is touring until the end of March with surburban rock foursome Real Estate and on May 13th they'll appear at New York's Joshua Light Festival. Be sure to listen to the album's jangly, Love-esque debut single, "I Was Gone." Enjoy your falsettoed psych jam!
