Indie-pop artist Laura Stevenson grew up with the traditional songcraft of her grandmother and grandfather (singer for The Benny Goodman Orchestra and composer of “The Little Drummer Boy,” respectively). Today, we’re debuting Stevenson’s quaint and arty performance video with The Cans for the swaying girl-group cut, “Master of Art.” It fits her well. The airy, yet bombastic tune is off the emergent band’s sophomore LP, Sit Resist, which drops April 26 via Don Giovanni. Check out forthcoming tour dates here.
