U.K. Punjabi-pop band Cornershop have collaborated with videographer Phil Miller again for the “Once There Was a Wintertime” video. The multi-hued clip documents a bustling Barbican laundrette. A woman rollerskates around the room and the washing machines dance along through the magic of editing. It is the first time that New Delhi-born, Lancashire-raised housewife Bubbley Kaur has ever been in a video. The summertime earworm is actually the Punjabi singer’s first thing she’s written under the mentorship of Cornershop singer/songwriter/guitarist Tjinder Singh. Cornershop and the Double ‘O’ Groove of… is out now via Ample Play.
