Calgary indie rocker Chad VanGaalen returns to the stage with Diaper Island on May 17 via Sub Pop. Listen to the animator/producer/singer/songwriter’s first preview track off the LP, entitled “Sara.” It’s an acoustic slow-burner. The first 200 people to pre-order Diaper Island before its release date, will receive a hand-numbered, deluxe edition (500) art print of a drawing by Chad. You also get stickers. VanGaalen will do some U.S. dates in June, with more gigs coming soon.
