Perth Australia’s Methyl Ethel make sweet sounding 80’s reminiscent pop with clean lines. Their second album, Everything Is Forgotten, came out in March and they’ve shared a new single and accompanying video for sprightly synth popper “Drink Wine”. Check it out below.
The video was directed by Paxi (behind the surrealism-flavoured visuals for ‘Ubu’) and filmed in Sydney, Australia. The band will be playing European dates this summer with POND and resuming in the fall with North American shows opening for The Drums.
