Now the album’s exact release date has been confirmed as June 10 (previously it was just listed as June). In terms of pop culture phenomenon, that’s practically the Stone Age. But I guess movies take time to be developed and computer animated films take time to be animated, by computers, so whether anyone cares or not, on May 20th Columbia Pictures is releasing The Angry Birds Movie. Jess Rona directed the clip, which mainly features slow motion shots of a bunch of windblown very sad looking puppies (Tegan and Sara make a brief appearance too).
