Foo Fighters have surprise released a brand new five-song EP, Saint Cecilia EP. The EP is available to download and stream over at www.saintceciliaep.com. The EP was recorded at Austin’s Saint Cecilia hotel, hence its title. Dave Grohl posted a statement about the EP on its website, in which he writes about the recent Paris terrorist attacks. Over the weekend a new song by DIIV was posted to Soundcloud. “Mire (Grant’s Song)” is taken from the band’s somewhat awkwardly titled sophomore album, Is the Is Are, which is due out February 5, 2016 via Captured Tracks. The song first premiered on the Mexico City radio station Ibero 90.9 FM (the band was performing in the city over the weekend). More
