Machete Trailer Released for Cinco de Mayo

Director Robert Rodriguez has released the trailer for Machete, which stars Danny Trejo and was co-directed by Rodriguez and Ethan Maniquis. Machete originated as a fake trailer in Grindhouse. This real trailer mixes footage from the original fake one with new footage from the finished movie. The trailer's release is timed with today's Mexican-American holiday and references the controversial Arizona immigration law. "This is Machete with a special Cinco de Mayo message to Arizona," says Trejo at the start of the trailer. We have the video. More

Band of Horses have released a video that gives a window into the making of their new album, Infinite Arms. Recording started in October, 2008 at Muscle Shoals in Alabama. Bloc Party’s Kele Okereke Announces First North American Solo Live Shows

Bloc Party’s frontman Kele Okereke will embark on his first U.S. tour in support of his solo debut, The Boxer. The album, produced by XXXchange (Spank Rock, The Kills) with additional mixing by Philippe Zdar (Phoenix’s Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix) is set to released on June 22. We have the dates. More
