The Dismemberment Plan
The Dismemberment Plan is set to release their classic 1999 underground album Emergency & I on vinyl January 11, 2011 (via Barsuk Records).
It has been nearly twelve years since their seminal sophomore album, yet the album has
continued to cement the band on many highly regarded best-of lists, including the #16 spot of Pitchfork’s Top 100 Albums of the 90’s.
Not only will the album be re-issued with four rare bonus tracks, but it will be presented in gatefold 180-gram audiophile-grade vinyl, with a full-color photo collage and in-depth liner notes. In addition and in celebration of the release, the band will also play five shows on the east coast in January of 2011. Check below for show dates and a full track listing:
