For the past two years, Andrew Bird has embarked on a winter-time “Gezelligheid” tour—a series of intimate events where the violin maestro gets up close and personal with his fans, playing small spaces and solo songs.

Now last December’s Gezelligheid Chicago is available to the masses as part of Bird’s Fingerlings series. Perhaps not the most intimate of experiences, but as the majority of yesterday’s announced dates have already sold out, it’s a good start.
