Arcade Fire Announce The Suburbs Tracklist

Today, Arcade Fire released another in a long trail of pre-album release breadcrumbs, a tracklist. What we know so far: out August 3rd, The Suburbs will be a 16-track opus. The songs from the record have already leaked or been played on the radio. Fans, time to start speculating.
