Art Brut’s “Brilliant! Tragic!” Gets Release Date

After unveiling the tracklist and cover art to their forthcoming album Brilliant! Tragic!, comic book-loving Eddie Argos and Art Brut have settled on an official release date: May 24. The band's fourth full-length, the album was produced by Black Francis and recorded in just under two weeks, and actually features Argos in full singing mode. The album's first single "Lost Weekend" is scheduled to be released on May 16.
