Band of Horses Unveil Third LP’s Cover Artwork
Infinite Arms to Be Released on Three Labels
The Low Country rockers known as Band of Horses are planning to release their third long-player, Infinite Arms, on May 18th. The release has three labels: Brown Records, Fat Possum, and Columbia. And that's the star-swirling cover art above. The photograph comes courtesy of Christopher Wilson, who has worked with the band on earlier releases.
Touring bandmates Tyler Ramsey and Bill Reynolds make their debut on record with Infinite Arms, which was produced by the band and Phil Ek, who helmed the band's past full-lengths. The whole quintet contributed to the songwriting and recording, which led band head honcho Ben Bridwell to remark, "in many ways, this is the first Band of Horses record." Band of Horses plan to tour throughout 2010. See all scheduled gigs and SXSW appearances below.
