Beck Records Exclusive Song “Summertime” For Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World

In the upcoming movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Michael Cera plays the titular Scott—base player for fictional band Sex Bob-omb. The music of Sex Bob-omb—as we reported earlier—is penned by Beck (who with his record club and Eclipse track seems to be nearly everywhere these days), and sung by the actors. However, it turns out the prolific songwriter penned several additional tracks will be included in the bonus edition of the soundtrack. Check out the Beck-voiced cut below, “Summertime.”
