Belle and Sebastian have announced the release of a forthcoming b-side and rarities compilation titled The Third Eye Centre. Due out Aug. 27 on Matador, the work gathers material between 2003’s Dear Catastrophe Waitress and 2010’s Belle and Sebastian Write About Love.
