Belle and Sebastian Unveil New Album Cover and Title
There is No Confirmed Release Date Yet
Aug 11, 2010
Belle and Sebastian
In a note from Belle and Sebastian band leader Stuart Murdoch posted on their official website, he wrote: “The new record is called Belle and Sebastian Write About Love.” Above is the cover of Belle and Sebastian Write About Love, taken by Stuart himself of his friend Kim from the Glasgow band Zoey Van Goey, writing the album title in a secluded spot in Glasgow. There is no confirmed release date yet for the band’s eighth studio album.
To promote their record, Stuart urged fans to post pictures or video of themselves writing “Belle and Sebastian Write About Love” around their own town on a Flickr group set up by Stuart himself. But please, don’t become a rebel and graffiti B&S with spray paint all around town, or in Stuart’s own words: “Remember to use chalk or at least something non-permanent!”
Bell & Sebastian are will be touring both North America and Britain before the end of the year. Check out the dates below.
