Last week Bloc Party shared a brand new song, “The Love Within.” Now they have announced a brand new album, HYMNS, which is due out January 29, 2016 via Infectious Music/BMG/Vagrant. It includes “The Love Within,” which you can stream below again.

The current Bloc Party lineup is short two original members, with Matt Tong leaving in 2013 and Gordon Moakes moving on in 2015. Kele Okereke and Russell Lissack remain and are joined by Justin Harris and Louise Bartle.

Lissack commented on the new lineup in a press release: “Bloc Party started with just Kele and I, and we used to write the songs together, and we found other people and grew from that. It feels like that’s happened again.” Okereke and Lissack started writing together in 2014 and then eventually added the new members. Harris is also a member of Menomena and Bartle is a 21-year-old Okereke and Lissack discovered on YouTube. “[She] blew us away,” Lissack said. “It’s good to have someone bringing that energy of doing it for the first time. It’s made us all excited about going forward.”

A deluxe edition of the album will include four bonus tracks. Below also are the band’s upcoming tour dates.
