Toronto indie supergroup Broken Social Scene stopped by the Late Show with David Letterman last night to perform “Forced to Love,” the latest single off their upcoming Forgiveness Rock Record. They look like they’re in tip-top shape for the big summer tour that starts on May 1.
The band played alongside the LP’s producer John McEntire, former Death From Above 1979 drummer-vocalist Sebastien Grainger, and a flutist. Forgiveness drops May 4 through Arts & Crafts, but it’s streaming in its entirety at NPR. Check out details of their bonus EP here. Pre-order a huge deluxe edition of Forgiveness here.
