Singer/songwriter Chan Marshall, a.k.a. Cat Power, has announced plans for a month-long tour across the U.S. this fall. The new performances dates, supporting her most recent album Sun, will take place throughout November after headlining a tribute show for Elliot Smith in Brooklyn on Oct. 21.
