CMJ 2013 Announces Initial Line-up

Includes The Dismemberment Plan, Savages, Real Estate, and More

This year’s CMJ Music Marathon has announced his preliminary line-up of artists. Taking place across over 80 venues throughout New York City Oct. 15-19, this year’s festival will include performances by The Dismemberment Plan, Savages, Real Estate, Menomena, Eleanor Friedberger, Glasser, Dan Croll, Big Black Delta, HAERTS, Empress Of, Obits, Fuck Buttons, The Long Winters, Speedy Ortiz, Helio Sequence, Hunters, Yamantaka // Sonic Titan, Godflesh, P.O.S., Pelican, and Jacco Gardner.

Also playing are Saul Williams, Wilsen, Lee Fields & The Expressions, The Neighbourhood, Quadron, Half Moon Run, Shigeto, TEEN, Pictureplane, Emperors, Chrome Sparks, Dusted, Dulogue, Ratking, Royal Bangs, U.S. Girls, The History of Apple Pie, Marijuana Deathsquads, Ex-Cult, and Cloak Ox, among others.
