Deerhunter Announces Halcyon Digest
Out September 28th via 4AD
Previously we told you about the new Deerhunter album in the works. Today, it got a title, release date, and promotional flyer.
Out September 28th, Halcyon Digest is the band’s first release since 2008’s Microcastle. (In reality not that long of a time to wait, but given Bradford Cox’s prolific out put with both Deerhunter and solo project Atlas Sound we’ve been well-trained to demand more.)
To celebrate/promote, the band is asking fans to print out the poster (see above) and tape it somewhere public. Loyal foot-soldiers who follow though and send a photo to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) will be rewarded with an album single and non-album cut. Have at it!
