Scheduled to release their new album Swing Lo Magellan on July 10 via Domino, New York’s Dirty Projectors have allowed the record to stream in its entirety a full week before its official arrival.
The twelve-track effort is currently streaming over at the New York Times.
The band has also released a new trailer for their upcoming musical short film Hi Custodian. Written and directed by frontman Dave Longstreth and starring members of Dirty Projectors, the movie is set for release sometime this summer. Recorded over the course of five days in late April throughout Southern California, the flick features final and alternate versions of tracks included on Swing Lo Magellan, as well as new and unreleased music taken from the album’s recording sessions.
