Frank Ocean Shares New Cover of “Moon River”

Frank Ocean has shared a new cover of “Moon River.” The song was written by Henry Mancini and Johnny Mercer for the classic 1961 movie Breakfast At Tiffany’s, in which it was sung by star Audrey Hepburn. It also became a signature song for Andy Williams, who performed it at the 1962 Academy Awards, where it won Best Original Song (and also won 1962 Grammys for Record of the Year and Song of the Year). Ocean’s version was posted late last night, perhaps timed to Valentine’s Day. In 2016 Ocean released two albums, Endless and Blonde. Listen to the cover below.
