
Franz Ferdinand to Release Dub Version of Latest Album
Scots to Release Blood and Are Currently on Tour
Scottish New-Wave rockers Franz Ferdinand plan to release Blood, a dub version of their third full-length, Tonight: Franz Ferdinand. The album, mixed by producer Dan Carey, was originally featured as part of the Tonight box set. Out June 1st through Domino Records, the new version includes bonus song, “Be Afraid,” a reworking of “Dream Again.”

I think camp is next month’s release of a dub version of Tonight, their latest album; strange news, for sure, but a sound-boy stunt that Franz are more equipped for than most acts. In any case, don’t expect an overload of artiness here; the FF live show is a well-honed pleasure-delivery device. With Born Ruffians…Nissan Xterra Supercharger
