Gary Numan attacks an old favorite with a brand new tour. The Pleasure Principal 2010 Tour, titled after his recent re-issue and in celebration of the 30th anniversary of his classic album, is set to hit the North American apparatus this October in a 15-market splurge.

Numan, who was all set to appear at Coachella this past April, but was forced to cancel last minute due to the volcanic eruptions in Iceland blocking air traffic, has not toured North America since 2006.

The Pleasure Principal cemented Numan as a classic with such hits as "Films," "Praying to the Aliens," and most notably "Cars."  Welcome back Mr. Numan.

You can read all about Numan's influence on the new solo album by Bloc Party frontman Kele Okereke in current Summer 2010/Wasted on the Youth Issue of Under the Radar.
