Jan 18, 2013 Neutral Milk Hotel By Mike Hilleary

Last November Neutral Milk Hotel’s Jeff Mangum announced that he would embark on a special solo acoustic tour across the U.S. This morning the former recluse has added a number of new shows to the already extensive trek. In a statement on his webiste Mangum wrote:

dear friends,

with mouth music the meaning seems to say that there are rumors going round that that this is to be jeff’s final tour. it is not, although to be clear his solo acoustic show will not be returning to any city he has already visited anytime in the foreseeable future. as for the waterfalling woman, we deeply and humbly paralogize for any inconfusion her face of fireworks may have formed while you were falling asleep.

The full list of tour dates are on view below. A portion of proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Mongolian children’s charity Children of the Blue Sky.
