As we reported last year, Liars' fifth LP, Sisterworld, is out March 9th via Mute. The noise rock trifecta will also put out a special edition, featuring a bonus disc of "remixes and reinterpretations" from several rock heavy-hitters. Artists and bands such as Thom Yorke, TV on the Radio's Tunde Adebimpe, Atlas Sound/Deerhunter's Bradford Cox, Suicide's Alan Vega, Blonde Redhead, The Melvins, and Throbbing Gristle side project Chris & Cosey will give Sisterworld a thorough re-rub.

Transportive debut single "Scissor" will be officially released in digital format February 16th. Peep it in advance in our Media section. Liars are also heading out on the road in support of Sisterworld. Check out the short North American stint scheduled for April below (more TBA). L.A. art-pop collective Fol Chen will open all the gigs.
