Otero War Due Out June 17 via Cinematic Music Group
Jun 06, 2016 Caveman
New York’s Caveman are releasing a new album, Otero War, on June 17 via Cinematic Music Group. The band has already shared “Never Going Back,” “Human,” and “80 West,” as well as a video for “Never Going Back.” Now they have shared another song from the album, “Life or Just Living.” Listen below.
Otero War is the follow-up to 2011’s CoCo Beware and 2013’s Caveman. Frontman Matthew Iwanusa took more of the reigns in the creative process this time, but it was still a full band effort. Michael Brauer (Coldplay, My Morning Jacket) mixed the album and Albert Di Fiore produced it. Iwanusa’s father contributed string arrangements. Below also are their upcoming tour dates.
Read Iwanusa’s recent Nocturnal Admittance post for us on his most vivid recurring dream. And pick up Under the Radar’s current print magazine issue to read a new interview with Caveman.
