Next year controversial director Lars von Trier will release his hardcore exploration into sex, Nymphomaniac. Starring in the film is frequent von Trier collaborator actress/musical artist Charlotte Gainsbourg, who has provided a cover of Jimi Hendrix’s classic “Hey Joe” for the film’s soundtrack. Beck, who worked on Gainsbourg’s album IRM and its follow-up Stage Whisper, produced the track.
Nymphomaniac will see release in two parts in the U.S., part one on March 21 and part two on April 18. Click below to listen to the song and watch the NSFW trailer for the film.

This is lovely, but why beat around the bush by directly lifting only three quarters of a Serge song, Beck? Just have Charlotte directly cover Histoire de Melodie Nelson in its entirety and be done with.
