Contribution to We Are the Works in Progress
As previously reported, on Jan. 10 Blonde Redhead's Kazu Makino will be releasing a special compilation album to benefit the victims of this year's devastating tsunami in Japan. Entitled We Are the Works in Progress, the record is set to include exclusive recordings from the likes of John Maus and Deerhunter, as well as rarities and remixes from artists like Interpol and Blonde Redhead. Also contributing is Four Tet, whose new track "Moma" has found its way online to stream. You can give the song a listen down below. We Are the Works in Progress is out via Blonde Redhead's own imprint Asa Wa Kuru, with proceeds aiding the Japan Society Earhtquake Relief Fund and Architecture for Humanity.
