British four-piece Glass Animals are releasing their sophomore album, How to Be a Human Being, this Friday (August 26) via Harvest. Previously they had shared the album’s first single, “Life Itself,” as well as a video for the song, and a video for “Youth.” Now the band have shared another song from the record, “Season 2, Episode 3.” Watch the visual for the song below that seemingly features a woman binge watching a TV show.

Glass Animals have also announced a Tumblr IRL event for next Wednesday, August 31st at The Auditorium at the Village Studios in Los Angeles. Here’s how a press release describes it: “The event, sponsored by Ice Breakers mints, will feature a special performance by the band as well as an immersive collaboration between Glass Animals, multimedia designer Ashten ‘Whoopi’ Winger and Ukrainian Pixel artist Mykola ‘Myk’ Dosenko. This collaboration will bring to life the diverse group of fictional characters featured on the album, inspired by real people the band encountered while touring over the past 2 years. The Tumblr IRL is free to fans of all ages with an RSVP. To RSVP, please visit the following link: http://glassanimalstumblrirl.splashthat.com/PR.... All attendees of the Tumblr IRL event will receive a limited edition pressing of How to Be a Human Being from record of the month club Vinyl Me, Please, which will feature the album as their September album of the month. Pressed on blue vinyl, the record will be packaged with an original 12” x 12” art print by Whoopi and Myk…. Spotify will record this Tumblr IRL as a special Spotify Sessions, for which the artwork will be sourced from Whoopi and Myk and Vinyl Me, Please will press the session on wax. The Spotify Session will be released at a later date.”

The album is the follow-up to 2014’s debut album ZABA.
