Having already tested free, downloadable waters with the single "When I Was Young," Brooklyn's Nada Surf are once again giving fans a chance to listen in early on their seventh album The Stars Are Indifferent to Astronomy with the new track "Waiting for Something," all in exchange for a simple email address. The new album is scheduled for release on Jan. 24 via Barsuk, and the veteran power-pop group will be playing a special release party show at the Bowery Ballroom the same day.
