Are We There is Due Out May 27 on Jagjaguwar
May 14, 2014 Sharon Van Etten
We’ve already heard “Taking Chances” and “Every Time the Sun Comes Up” from Sharon Van Etten’s forthcoming album Are We There. Here’s a third cut, titled “Your Love is Killing Me.” It’s a harshly beautiful song, Van Etten delivering lines like, “Break my leg so I can’t walk to you/Cut my tongue so I can’t talk to you” with an acid tongue. Listen below. Are We There streets May 27 via Jagjaguwar.
