This morning blue-eyed pop songwriter Sondre Lerche unearthed an old recording of a previously unreleased song called "Boxing Day," and well, decided it was best to just give it away. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Lerche says the track, which was recorded in L.A. in 2007 during his Phantom Punch album sessions, says, "I think the song might be about branching out on your own and feeling that you're not quite carrying your own weight. For some reason it never found its way onto any of the albums." Click below to download and listen to the song.
