Warpaint released a new album, Heads Up, a few weeks back via Rough Trade. The album’s first single, and arguably its highlight, “New Song,” has now been remixed by none other than Mike D of New York hip-hop legends Beastie Boys. He transforms the song from a rock track to something decidedly more down-tempo. Also last week the band shared a remix of “New Song” by Jono Ma of Jagwar Ma.
