New Album Nobody Knows Out Sept. 10

Soon to release his newest album Nobody Knows on Sept. 10, Chicago musical artist Willis Earl Beal has shared a brand new track from the effort titled “Coming Through.” As if listening to Beal’s smooth, old-school soul wasn’t enough, Cat Power’s Chan Marshall lends some rather nice back-up vocals to the mix. On the release day of Nobody Knows, Beal will his own art show at New York’s Other Music record store. From 7:30-10:30 p.m. that evening Beal himself will be in attendance to say hi, sign copies of his album, and receive a limited edition Nobody Knows screen print. Titled “Somebody by Nobody,” the art show features Beal’s hand-drawn “basketball men” from 25 different NBA teams.

The exhibition will be up until September 24th.
