Lollapalooza 2009 Announces Lineup
Depeche Mode, Tool, and The Killers to Headline
Hot on the heels of last weekend’s Coachella festival, Lollapalooza has announced their lineup, anchored by headliners Depeche Mode, Tool, and The Killers.
The three-day festival, which will take place in Chicago’s Grant Park August 7th through 9th, is also set to feature several artists who also preformed at Coachella—including Fleet Foxes, Silversun Pickups, Friendly Fires, White Lies, No Age, Gang Gang Dance, Peter Bjorn and John, and Lykke Li.
Other highlights include: Bat for Lashes, Lou Reed, Andrew Bird, TV on the Radio, Vampire Weekend, The Decemberists, Neko Case, Animal Collective, Band of Horses, Of Montreal, Kaiser Chiefs, Bon Iver, Cold War Kids, Deerhunter, Glasvegas, Dan Deacon, Los Campesinos!, Chairlift, and Amazing Baby.
