Mac Demarco Details His Collaboration With Tyler, the Creator
“Probably Extremely Offensive”
Ready the fainting couch, Mac Demarco has revealed some details about his collaboration with Tyler, the Creator. And, as one might guess from the two nude and crude gentlemen, it’s not for the prudish or weak of heart.
“It was a very brief collaboration, not really anything that will show up on any kind of album or anything,” Demarco told the Kreative Kontrol podcast. “A little bit of movie shooting—the guy does have a TV show after all. It’s just going to be a short thing but probably extremely offensive so we’ll see how that turns out.”
Demarco goes on to note that a meeting was enviable.
“I’d already sent him pictures of my naked penis and stuff,” he says. “So I figured that meeting in the flesh was right around the corner.”
No word yet on when we’ll see the final product, but there you go—it’ll pretty much be what we expected. For more Demarco, be sure to pick up his album Salad Days on April
