
Manic Street Preachers Announce U.S. Release and Tour
Journal For Plague Lovers Due Out September 15th Followed by Fall Tour
Welsh band Manic Street Preachers are all set to release Journal for Plague Lovers stateside on September 15th. Having already been released in the U.K. and Europe, the album has enjoyed considerable success and is the first album since The Holy Bible to feature lyrics exclusively penned by former guitarist/lyricist Richey Edwards. Edwards left several notebooks with the band shortly before his disappearance in early 1995.

The band is also set to tour the U.S. beginning this September, hitting several major cities including New York and Los Angeles.
