Alternative soul artist Mayer Hawthorne has joined the Universal Republic family, which will also be the new home for his sophomore LP. After self-producing 2009's A Strange Arrangement, Mayer Hawthorne will be releasing the full-length How Do You Do on Universal Republic some time this fall. Until then, single "A Long Time" is now available for download at digital retailers. Mayer Hawthorne will also be delivering his funk-inspired grooves at Lollapalooza in August.
