In other Merge news, the label has put together an all-star group from across their roster to cover David Bowie's "Heroes". It features Dan Bejar, Mac McCaughan, Jenn Wasner, William Tyler, and Brad Cook and is entitled A Merge Group Performs "Heroes". The album was recently sent out to subscribers of the band's 2019 vinyl subscription series called Born Under a Good Sign, but this Friday it'll be more widely available to stream and buy. Also below are various other recent Merge videos and songs, taken from albums that either just came out or are due out soon, including from some artists playing the festival.
