M.I.A. Gives Third Album a Name, Pushes Back Release Date

As reported by her N.E.E.T. imprint, M.I.A.'s third album officially has a name, the cryptic / \ / \ / \ Y / \/. (Stand back, the slashes spell MAYA, as in her birth name.) / \ / \ / \ Y / \ has been pushed back a few weeks, from June 29th to July 13th. Currently streaming is first single, "XXXO," which Pitchfork reports is different than the one currently for sale on iTunes.
