My Morning Jacket have announced plans for their very own destination musical event with their One Big Holiday Festival. Taking place at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in Mexico Jan. 26-30 the festival will feature three unique concerts by the band and a massive dance party during the night, with daytime activities ranging from yoga classes, tequila tastings, and off-site excursions into the surrounding areas around the hotel.

Pre-sales for the festival will take place June 19-20 for My Morning Jacket Roll Call Members, with general tickets going on sale on June 21 at noon EST. Prices will range from $1250 to $2600.

Recently frontman Jim James told Rolling Stone that the band plans to return to the studio later this October to work on the follow-up to their 2011 album Circuital. “We always try to do something a little different each time and we did that last time,” said James. “We have a couple top-of-the-heap places we’re in the process of deciding what will work best.”
