Nick Cave and Neko Case Team Up For “She’s Not There”

Nick Cave is known for his dark narratives. Neko Case has made her career on her Southern twang. Vampire drama True Blood trades in epic tales of good, evil, and nudity. Put ‘em together and what do you get? A fantastic cover of The Zombies’ “She’s Not There.” The tune, curated by KCRW’s Gary Calamar, will be featured on the True Blood episode of the same name. Why? Why not? Do you really need an excuse to get Nick Cave involved in a show about vampires?
