Nils Frahm has announced a new album, All Encores, and shared an 11-minute new song from it, "All Armed," as well as a trailer for the album. All Encores is due out October 18 via Erased Tapes and it collects the three Encores EPs, with the third one, Encores 3, due for release on September 20 also via Erased Tapes. Check out "All Armed" below, followed by the album's tracklist and cover art, as well as his upcoming tour dates.

Frahm's last full-length, All Memory, was released in 2018 via Erased Tapes. All Encores is the German musician's eighth album.

Frahm had this to say about the album in a press release: "The idea behind All Encores is one we had from before All Melody; to separate releases each with their own distinct musical style and theme, perhaps even as a triple album. But All Melody became larger than itself and took over any initial concepts. I think the idea of All Encores is like musical islands that complement All Melody."

A press release describes the three EPs as such: "Whilst Encores 1 focused on an acoustic pallet of sounds with solo piano and harmonium at the core, and Encores 2 explored more ambient landscapes, now Encores 3 sees Nils expand on the percussive and electronic elements in his work."
