No Virginia, There is no “King of Limbs” Sequel
Band Denies Existence of Second Album
Apr 14, 2011 Radiohead
For Radiohead fans hankering for more King of Limbs action, the following news may be a bit of a let down. There is no new album on the way. At least not for now. As guitarist Ed O’Brian confirmed to BBC 6, the band has a few left over tracks from the sessions—not a full album’s worth. And even if they did, they wouldn’t automatically release them into wild. “When we start a new record, we tend to start afresh. It’s kind of an evolutionary thing—only the fittest survive,” he says.
Still confused about Radiohead’s recent sonic shift? Don’t worry—there’s a support group for that!
